It's supposed to be easy.

When someone begins to learn code, one of the first things they learn is a simple program that displays the words "Hello, world!" on the screen.  While it is "easy", it is not intuitive.  If you know nothing about code, you will not figure it out without help.  Many people are quick to tell you how "easy" a certain product or technology is to use.  They may even sell it to you that way.  But then you get home and begin to struggle.  You ask yourself "What's wrong with me?  It's supposed to be easy".

Nothing is easy, until you learn it.  Then it's easy.

I've spent the last 10 years interacting daily with customers who are frustrated that their technology isn't easy.  They need someone to guide them through that learning process.  Being that guide was one of the most fulfilling things I've done in my career.  I love seeing the lightbulb come on, the wow moment when it clicks, and that first completed project.  I want to be that guide for you.
